1. What type of company is SIMURA Fashions?

SIMURA Fashions is a buyer’s agent, sourcing partner, and garments exporter based in Bangladesh. We manage vendor selection, merchandising, quality control, and shipment on behalf of international buyers.

We primarily specialize in knit garments such as T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, and polar fleece items. We also handle promotional and workwear clothing and are expanding into woven bottom items.

Quality is monitored at every stage through our in-house quality assurance team, from fabric testing and in-line inspections to final inspection before shipment. Third-party inspections are also supported if required by the buyer.

We work with more than 30 compliant factories across Bangladesh. All partner factories hold internationally recognized certifications such as BSCI, SEDEX, ACCORD, OEKO-TEX, and ISO.

SIMURA Fashions serves buyers across Europe, North America, South East Asia, and Africa, providing sourcing and export support tailored to each market’s requirements.

Our process begins with understanding the buyer’s requirements and tech pack, followed by factory selection, sampling, price negotiation, and order execution. We manage production through a defined Time and Action Plan (TNA), with continuous quality monitoring until final shipment.

Orders are placed after confirming product specifications, pricing, samples, and timelines. Once agreed, we proceed with sourcing, production planning, and quality control, keeping buyers informed at every stage until delivery.

Lead time depends on order complexity and fabric availability.

  • Sampling: 7–14 days
  • Bulk production: 60–90 days after order confirmation and receipt of LC or deposit
    Urgent programs may be accommodated subject to fabric and factory capacity.

 

Yes. We work strictly according to the buyer’s tech pack and design specifications. We also support private labeling, custom trims, packaging, embroidery, printing, and special finishing as required.

MOQ depends on the product type, fabric, and factory requirements. For basic knit items, MOQs generally start from 3,000–5,000 pieces per style, which may vary depending on fabric composition, color variations, and customization requirements.

Payment terms are mutually agreed upon before order confirmation. Common methods include:

  • Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight
  • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
  • Other structured payment terms based on buyer relationship

Yes. We assist in sourcing yarn and fabric from certified mills. Fabric options include 100% cotton, organic cotton, recycled blends, polyester, fleece, and other performance fabrics based on buyer requirements.

All partner factories comply with internationally recognized social and environmental standards. We ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety, and ethical sourcing practices. Audit reports can be shared upon request.

Yes. We coordinate shipments according to buyer instructions, including partial shipments, multi-destination delivery, and staggered dispatch schedules where required.

We support commonly used Incoterms including FOB, CFR, and CIF. Specific terms are agreed upon at the time of contract confirmation.

Yes. We welcome third-party inspections from SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, or buyer-nominated inspection agencies. We coordinate all inspection arrangements as part of our production management process.

We follow a structured Time and Action (TNA) plan, conduct regular factory visits, and monitor critical production stages. Early identification of delays or quality deviations allows corrective action before shipment deadlines are affected.

Yes. With access to over 30 compliant factories, we allocate production based on order volume and delivery schedule to ensure capacity management during peak seasons.

We support the use of organic cotton, recycled materials, OEKO-TEX certified fabrics, and environmentally responsible production processes depending on buyer requirements and factory capabilities.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding buyer specifications, designs, pricing structures, and sourcing strategies. Information is shared only with relevant production partners under professional confidentiality standards.

Each buyer is assigned a dedicated merchandising team that manages communication, production updates, quality monitoring, and shipment coordination from sampling to delivery.
