7. How can I place an order with SIMURA Fashions?
Orders are placed after confirming product specifications, pricing, samples, and timelines. Once agreed, we proceed with sourcing, production planning, and quality control, keeping buyers informed at every stage until delivery.
8. What is your typical lead time?
Lead time depends on order complexity and fabric availability.
- Sampling: 7–14 days
- Bulk production: 60–90 days after order confirmation and receipt of LC or deposit
Urgent programs may be accommodated subject to fabric and factory capacity.
9. Do you support custom designs and private label production?
Yes. We work strictly according to the buyer’s tech pack and design specifications. We also support private labeling, custom trims, packaging, embroidery, printing, and special finishing as required.
10. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product type, fabric, and factory requirements. For basic knit items, MOQs generally start from 3,000–5,000 pieces per style, which may vary depending on fabric composition, color variations, and customization requirements.
11. What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are mutually agreed upon before order confirmation. Common methods include:
- Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
- Other structured payment terms based on buyer relationship
12. Do you offer fabric sourcing and development?
Yes. We assist in sourcing yarn and fabric from certified mills. Fabric options include 100% cotton, organic cotton, recycled blends, polyester, fleece, and other performance fabrics based on buyer requirements.
13. How do you handle compliance and social responsibility?
All partner factories comply with internationally recognized social and environmental standards. We ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety, and ethical sourcing practices. Audit reports can be shared upon request.
14. Can you manage multi-country shipments or split deliveries?
Yes. We coordinate shipments according to buyer instructions, including partial shipments, multi-destination delivery, and staggered dispatch schedules where required.
15. What Incoterms do you operate under?
We support commonly used Incoterms including FOB, CFR, and CIF. Specific terms are agreed upon at the time of contract confirmation.
